Terms of Service
Acceptance and Business Accounts
By accessing or using LineLint, you agree to these Terms. If you use LineLint on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. The organization is responsible for its authorized users and their compliance with these Terms.
If LineLint and an organization have entered into a separate written agreement, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
Service Description
LineLint is a business management platform for laundry and linen services, providing tools for managing clients, agreements, invoices, and cost analysis.

You must keep your credentials secure, use the service only through an account assigned to you, and promptly notify LineLint of suspected unauthorized access. Organizations are responsible for granting access only to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need and for removing access when it is no longer required.
You may not impersonate another person or entity, share accounts, or use bots, scraping tools, or other automation on the service without LineLint's express written consent.

Except as expressly permitted by a separate written agreement with LineLint, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from the service, its software, or its non-public user interface;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code or non-public implementation of the service;
- Use or disclose non-public information obtained through the service to replicate the service, develop or improve a competing product, or provide that information to an unauthorized third-party tool or service;
- Sublicense, resell, transfer, or provide unauthorized third-party access to the service; or
- Remove or obscure proprietary notices.
These restrictions do not prohibit independently developing software without using LineLint's confidential information, protected materials, or Platform Data.

You may use LineLint Confidential Information only for your authorized use of the service and must protect it using reasonable care. You may disclose it only to personnel and contractors who have a legitimate need to know, are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations, and use it solely on your behalf. Organizations are responsible for violations by their authorized users and contractors.
Confidential Information does not include information that you can demonstrate became public without violating an obligation, was lawfully received without a confidentiality restriction, or was independently developed without using LineLint Confidential Information.
Termination
Users that violate these terms are subject to having their accounts disabled and/or data deleted. We have full discretion in determining whether a user is subject to termination and have the right to terminate accounts without prior notice or liability for any reason.
Intellectual Property and Customer Data
You retain the rights you possess in data and materials you submit to the service. You grant LineLint permission to host, process, reproduce, and use that data as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and as otherwise permitted by an applicable written agreement.
LineLint retains all rights in the platform, software, user interface, documentation, benchmarks, models, and related intellectual property. No rights are granted by implication.
LineLint may create and use anonymized or aggregated information that is reasonably designed not to identify a customer, individual, or vendor, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.
